Happy Earth Day from Green Zebra Adventures!

Hola Adventurers!

We love this week because this Friday, April 22nd is Earth day! All week long we like to see and hear about what people around the world are doing to celebrate and give back to our green planet.

Helping Baby Sea Turtles to the Ocean in Cabo

Keeping our ecosystems healthy is very important to us at Green Zebra Adventures! In every location, interacting with the local flora, fauna and wildlife is half of the fun! Whether it’s watching the bald eagles nest in Scottsdale, helping the baby sea turtles to the ocean in Los Cabos or snorkeling the gorgeous Baby Beach in Aruba – the health of the environment is key.

Learning about the Bald Eagles in Scottsdale

Though there are some things we could personally live without (rattlesnakes and scorpions in Scottsdale) we understand that everything needs to be in balance. That’s why we take great care to keep our footprint light even in the most popular destinations.

Checking out the rattle snakes hiding in the cacti

What are you doing to give back this week, adventurers? Planting a tree? Starting a compost pile? Let us know in the comments below or on our Facebook page!

Happy trails and Happy Earth Day!
